Pressure washing relies on force. On a tile roof, painted stucco, screen mesh, or aging pavers, that force is exactly what causes damage — lifted coatings, etched surfaces, torn screening, blown-out joint sand.
Soft washing works differently. A cleaning solution does the work at very low pressure, breaking down the algae, mildew, and organic growth at the root, then it is rinsed away gently. Results last longer because the growth is treated rather than blasted off the top.
